Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997 . 19 June 2023 B. BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, MICHAEL DARREL JOSEPH FERGUSON Minister for Infrastructure and Transport
1.
Short title
These regulations may be cited as the
Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2023 .
2.
Commencement
These regulations take effect on 1 July 2023.
3.
Principal Regulations
In these regulations, the
Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017
are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 28 June 2023 These regulations are administered in the Department of State Growth.
