Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations (No. 2) 2025
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Health Act 1997 . 3 March 2025 B. BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, J. PETRUSMA Minister for Health
1.
Short title
These regulations may be cited as the
Health (Fees) Amendment (Dental) Regulations (No. 2) 2025 .
2.
Commencement
These regulations take effect 14 days after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Principal Regulations
In these regulations, the
Health (Fees) Regulations 2017
are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 .
5.
Legislation rescinded
The legislation specified in
Schedule 1
is rescinded.
