BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, J PETRUSMA Minister for Health 1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Health (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2025 . 2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 1 July 2025. 3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Health (Fees) Regulations 2017 . Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
