Local Government (Transfer to Council - Waratah) Order 2025
After consultation with the Waratah-Wynyard Council and being satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, I make the following order under
section 140(2) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 27 August 2025 K. VINCENT Minister for Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government (Transfer to Council Waratah) Order 2025 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to Waratah-Wynyard Council
The following land is transferred to the Waratah-Wynyard Council:
(a) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203834, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
;
(b) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203835, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
;
(c) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203836, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
;
(d) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203837, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 10 September 2025 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
