Financial Management Amendment Order 2026
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under
section 8(1) of the
Financial Management Act 2016
. 29 June 2026 CAROLINE WELLS Governor By Her Excellency's Command, ERIC ABETZ Treasurer
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Financial Management Amendment Order 2026 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on 2 July 2026.
3.
Principal Act
In this order, the
Financial Management Act 2016
is referred to as the Principal Act.
4.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Financial Management Act 2016 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 30 June 2026 This order is administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.
