(2)For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services referred to in that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the pork production industry. 3 .Beekeeping industry (1)For the purpose of section 3(1) of the Act, the beekeeping industry is prescribed as an agricultural industry. (2)For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services in subsection (1)(b), (c), (d), (h), (l), (la), and (m) of that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the beekeeping industry. (2)For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the services referred to in that section are prescribed as services that a producers’ committee may provide in relation to the egg production industry.
