Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows  — (a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette ; (b)regulation 3 — on the day on which the Health, Safety and Civil Liability (Children in Schools and Child Care Services) Act 2011 section 6 comes into operation. 3 .Emergency medical assistance (s. 5AAA of Act) For the purposes of the definition of emergency medical assistance in section 5AAA of the Act, the administration of adrenaline to a person reasonably suspected to be suffering an anaphylactic reaction is prescribed as assistance to which Part 1CA of the Act applies.
