Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows  — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette ; (b)the rest of the regulations  — on the day on which the Coal Industry Superannuation Amendment Act 2013 Part 3 comes into operation. 3 .Superannuation fund designated (1)In this regulation — AUSCOAL Superannuation Fund means the superannuation fund — (a)established by a Trust Deed dated 31 January 1995 with the name “Coalsuper Retirement Income Fund”; and (b)now registered with the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority with the name “AUSCOAL Superannuation Fund” and the registration number R1056563.
