Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows  — (a) regulations  1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website; (b)the rest of the regulations  — on 1 March 2025. 3 .Terms used In these regulations — personal service , of a revocation notice on a person, means serving the notice by — (a)handing it to the person; or (b)if the person refuses to accept it — leaving it near the person and orally drawing the person’s attention to it; revocation notice means written notice of the revocation of a Nazi symbol removal notice under section 80Y(6) of the Act. 4 .Authorised methods of serving revocation notices For the purposes of section 80Y(6) of the Act, each of the following is an authorised method of serving a revocation notice on a person — (a)personal service of the notice on the person; (b)delivering the notice to a physical address nominated by the person; (c)delivering the notice to an electronic address nominated by the person.
