Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows  — (a) regulations  1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website; (b)the rest of the regulations  — on the day after that day. 3 .Health care services prescribed (Act s. 3(1)) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of health care services in section 3(1) of the Act, services ordinarily provided by the following are health care services — (a)Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners; (b)Chinese medicine practitioners; (c)medical radiation practitioners; (d)midwives; (e)oral health therapists; (f)paramedics.
