Regulations under the Absconding Debtors Act 1978
1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Absconding Debtors
Regulations 1980.
2 Amount of debt
For the purposes of sections 4(3)(d)(ii) and 14(2)(e)(ii) of the Act,
the prescribed amount is $500.
