COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTRE REGULATIONS 2019
Regulations under the Community Justice Centre Act 2005
1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Community Justice Centre
Regulations 2019.
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 3 of
the Construction Contracts (Security of Payments) Legislation
Amendment Act 2019.
3 Amount prescribed for when Director may act
For section 20(2)(a) of the Act, the amount prescribed is
30 000 monetary units.
4 Amount prescribed for maximum determination
For section 22(1) of the Act, the amount prescribed is
30 000 monetary units.
