(2) A person shall not, in the Reserve, take fish for sale. 6 Gear which may be used A person shall use only rod and line and attachments, or handline and attachments, to fish for or take fish in the Reserve. -- 2 of 4 -- East Point Aquatic Life Reserve Management Plan 1993 2 7 Undersize fish not to be taken (1) A person shall not, in the Reserve, take a fish that is less than 30 cm long. (2) A fish (other than a sedentary organism) shall be deemed not to have been taken if, as soon as possible after it has been taken, it is returned, with as little damage to the fish as possible, to the water from which it was taken.
