NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA INQUIRIES (WITNESSES' EXPENSES) REGULATIONS 1967 As in force at 12 July 1967 Table of provisions 1 Citation ............................................................................................ 1 2 Witnesses' expenses ....................................................................... 1 ENDNOTES -- 1 of 4 -- -- 2 of 4 -- NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA ____________________ As in force at 12 July 1967 ____________________ INQUIRIES (WITNESSES' EXPENSES) REGULATIONS 1967 Regulations under the Inquiries Act 1945 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Inquiries (Witnesses' Expenses) Regulations 1967. 2 Witnesses' expenses (1) Witnesses summoned to attend, and attending, a Board or Commissioner under the Inquiries Act 1945 may be paid allowances in accordance with the scale of witnesses' expenses prescribed for witnesses appearing before the High Court.
