Regulations under the Mental Health and Related Services Act 1998
1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Mental Health and Related
Services Regulations 2009.
2 Corresponding laws
For section 151 of the Act, definition corresponding law, each of
the following is a corresponding law:
(a) Mental Health Act 2015 (ACT);
(b) Mental Health Act 2007 (NSW);
(c) Mental Health Act 2016 (Qld);
(d) Mental Health Act 2009 (SA);
(e) Mental Health Act 2013 (Tas);
(f) Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 (Vic);
