Regulations under the Personal Injuries (Liabilities and Damages) Act
2003
1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Liabilities
and Damages) Regulations 2003.
2 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on the commencement of
section 33 of the Act.
3 Exclusion of claims from operation of the Act – section 4(4)
A claim or action for damages under the Motor Accidents
(Compensation) Act 1979 is excluded from the operation of the Act
other than Part 4, Division 6.
