(2) A notice of declaration of an ICA must include the following information: (a) the information mentioned in section 25(2) of the Act; (b) the date of effect of the declaration. (3) A notice of variation of boundaries of an ICA must include the following information: (a) a description of the boundaries of the ICA as amended; -- 3 of 7 -- Territory Coordinator Regulations 2025 2 (b) the date of effect of the variation. 5 Public consultation in relation to infrastructure coordination plan For sections 29(b) and 32(2)(b) of the Act: (a) public consultation on a proposed ICP or proposed variation of an ICP is to be undertaken for a period of at least 20 business days; and (b) before the public consultation period begins, the Territory Coordinator must give notice on the Territory Coordinator or Agency website that public consultation will be undertaken in relation to the proposed ICP or proposed variation of an ICP during that period. 6 Notices in relation to infrastructure coordination plan (1) For section 37(2) of the Act, this regulation prescribes the information to be included in a notice of approval, variation or revocation of an ICP. (2) A notice of approval of an ICP must include the following information: (a) the name of the significant project to which the ICP relates; (b) the date of the approval; (c) a statement as to where copies of the ICP may be obtained. (3) A notice of variation of an ICP must include the following information: (a) the name of the significant project to which the ICP relates; (b) the date of effect of the variation; (c) a statement as to where copies of the ICP as varied may be obtained. (4) A notice of revocation of approval of an ICP must include the following information: (a) the name of the significant project to which the ICP relates; (b) the date of effect of the revocation. -- 4 of 7 -- Territory Coordinator Regulations 2025 3 7 Public consultation in relation to Territory development area plan For sections 48(b) and 55(2)(b) of the Act: (a) public consultation on a proposed TDA plan or proposed variation of a TDA plan is to be undertaken for a period of at least 20 business days; and (b) before the public consultation period begins, the Territory Coordinator must give notice on the Territory Coordinator or Agency website that public consultation will be undertaken in relation to the proposed TDA plan or proposed variation of a TDA plan during that period. 8 Notices in relation to Territory development area (1) For section 60(2) of the Act, this regulation prescribes the information to be included in a notice relating to a Territory development area. (2) A notice of designation of an area of land as a Territory development area must include the following information: (a) the information mentioned in section 43(3) of the Act; (b) the statement of reasons mentioned in section 43(4) for the designation; (c) the date of effect of the designation. (3) A notice of variation of the boundaries of a Territory development area must include the following information: (a) the name of the Territory development area; (b) a description of the boundaries of the Territory development area as varied; (c) the statement of reasons mentioned in section 53(3)(b) for the variation; (d) the date of effect of the variation. (4) A notice of revocation of a Territory development area must include the following: (a) the name of the Territory development area; (b) the date of effect of the revocation. -- 5 of 7 -- Territory Coordinator Regulations 2025 4 9 Notices in relation to Territory development area plan (1) For section 61(2) of the Act, this regulation prescribes the information to be included in a notice in relation to a TDA plan. (2) A notice of approval of a proposed TDA plan must include the following information: (a) the name of the Territory development area to which the plan relates; (b) the date on which the proposed TDA plan becomes the TDA plan for the Territory development area; (c) a statement as to where copies of the TDA plan may be obtained. (3) A notice of approval of a proposed variation of a TDA plan must include the following information: (a) the name of the Territory development area to which the plan relates; (b) the date of effect of the variation; (c) a statement as to where copies of the TDA plan as varied may be obtained.
