Subordinate Legislation (Country Fire Authority
Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2013
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Minister for Police and Emergency Services, makes the
following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Country Fire Authority
Regulations 2004, which would otherwise be
revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3 Commencement
The operation of the Country Fire Authority
Regulations 2004 1 is extended for the period
beginning on 27 January 2014 and ending on
26 January 2015.

These Regulations expire on 27 January 2015.
