No. 65/2013 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (National Parks (Park) Regulations 2003) Extension Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Climate Change, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 June 2013 Responsible Minister: RYAN SMITH Minister for Environment and Climate Change MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the National Parks (Park) Regulations 2003, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the National Parks (Park) Regulations 2003 1 is extended for the period beginning on 24 June 2013 and ending on 23 September 2013. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
