No. 160/2013 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Valuation of Land (General and Supplementary Valuation) Regulations 2003) Extension Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 December 2013 Responsible Minister: MATTHEW GUY Minister for Planning YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Valuation of Land (General and Supplementary Valuation) Regulations 2003, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
