Supreme Court Act 1986
Supreme Court (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules
2013
The Judges of the Supreme Court make the following Rules:
PART 1—PRELIMINARY
1 Object
The object of these Rules is to amend—
(a) Rule 77.01 in Chapter I to replace a
reference to the Associations Incorporation
Act 1981 with a reference to its replacement,
the Associations Incorporation Reform
Act 2012;
(b) Rule 27.03(11)(b) in Chapter I, Rules
2A.03(2)(d) and 4A.03(2)(d) in Chapter III
and Rule 2.04(1)(b) in Chapter VI to provide
that a legal practitioner is required to provide
an email address under these Rules.
2 Authorising provisions
These Rules are made under section 25 of the
Supreme Court Act 1986 and all other enabling
powers.
3 Commencement
These Rules come into operation on 6 May 2013.

PART 2—AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER I
4 Form of document
In Rule 27.03(11)(b) of the Supreme Court
(General Civil Procedure) Rules 20051 omit
"(if any)".
5 Authority
For Rule 77.01(2)(a)(iii) of the Supreme Court
(General Civil Procedure) Rules 2005
substitute—
"(iii) sections 126 and 143 of the Associations
Incorporation Reform Act 2012;".

Probate) Rules 20042 —
(a) in Rule 2A.03(2)(d) omit "(if any)";
(b) in Rule 4A.03(2)(d) omit "(if any)".
