No. 47/2013 Tobacco Act 1987 Tobacco Amendment Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 April 2013 Responsible Minister: DAVID DAVIS Minister for Health YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco Regulations 2007 as a consequence of amendments to Commonwealth law. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987. 3 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Tobacco Regulations 2007 1 are called the Principal Regulations. 4 Point of sale notices about tobacco products (1) In regulation 5(3)(c)(C) of the Principal Regulations, for "notice; and" substitute "notice.".
