Regulations 2013
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Transport (Infringements) Regulations 2010 to
revoke the prescription of certain offences against
marine safety law as transport safety
infringements as a consequence of the Marine
Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National
Law.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section
228ZZPB of the Transport (Compliance and
Miscellaneous) Act 1983.

3 Revocation of prescription of certain offences as
transport safety infringements
Items 10 to 18 of Schedule 5 to the Transport
(Infringements) Regulations 20101 are revoked.
