STATUTORY RULES. 1924. No. 20. ________ REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901 ‑ 1923. (Sixteenth Amendment.) I, THE GOVERNOR ‑ GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia , acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901 ‑ 1923, to come into operation forthwith. By His Excellency’s Command, AUSTIN CHAPMAN, Minister of State for Trade and Customs. _________ Amendment of the Customs Regulations. (Statutory Rules 1921, No. 206, as amended to this date.) 1. Regulation 154 i of the Customs Regulations is amended— ( a ) by omitting from paragraph ( a ) the words “or Plain” and inserting in their stead the words “Plain or Blemished”; and ( b ) by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph— ( e ) Apples described as “Blemished” shall consist of apples of one variety and one size, free from broken skins and not seriously mis ‑ shapen.
