No. 116/2012 Ambulance Services Act 1986 Ambulance Services (Exemption) Revocation Regulations 2012 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 October 2012 Responsible Minister: DAVID DAVIS Minister for Health MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Ambulance Services (Exemption) Regulations 2004. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 40 of the Ambulance Services Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2012. 4 Revocation of Ambulance Services (Exemption) Regulations 2004 The Ambulance Services (Exemption) Regulations 2004 1 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
