Building Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2012
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Building Regulations 2006 to increase certain fees
payable under the Building Act 1993.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261
and 262 of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2012.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Building Regulations
20061 are called the Principal Regulations.
5 Application fee for certificate of consent
In regulation 202 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$85.15" substitute "$87.28".

6 Maximum fees for report and consent
In regulation 312 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in subregulation (1), for "$56.75" substitute
"$58.17";
(b) in subregulation (2), for "$227.25"
substitute "$232.93";
(c) in subregulation (3), for "$56.75" substitute
"$58.17".
7 Lodgement fees
In regulation 320 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$34.00" substitute "$34.85".
8 Fees for requests for information
In regulation 327 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$45.35" substitute "$46.45".
9 Accreditation fees
In regulation 1405(1) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$1704.70" substitute "$1747.32".
10 Duplicate certificate fee
In regulation 1508 of the Principal Regulations,
for "$34.00" substitute "$34.85".
11 Building Appeals Board fees
In regulation 1602 of the Principal Regulations—
