No. 35/2012 Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 Children, Youth and Families Amendment Regulations 2012 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 May 2012 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 in relation to infringement notices and certain CAYPINS forms. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 600 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 29 May 2012. 4 Infringement notice In regulation 38(a) of the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 1 , after "Schedule 3" insert "and Schedule 4". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
