STATUTORY RULES. 1924. No. 163. REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1923. (Twenty-third Amendment.) I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith. (Statutory Rules 1921, No. 206, as amended to this date.) 1, Regulation 154 1 a of the Customs Regulations is amended— ( a ) By omitting from paragraph ( a ) the words “Plain or Blemished” and inserting in their stead the words “or Plain”; and ( b ) by omitting paragraph ( e ).
