No. 112/2012 Freedom of Information Act 1982 Freedom of Information Amendment Regulations 2012 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 October 2012 Responsible Minister: ANDREW McINTOSH Minister responsible for the establishment of an anti-corruption commission MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 2009 to include the Victorian Multicultural Commission in the list of prescribed authorities specified in Part 2 of the Schedule. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
