No. 76/2012 Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Further Amendment Regulations 2012 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 July 2012 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to provide for an increase in the income threshold where an annual fee for the administration of an estate is payable under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 16 July 2012. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
