No. 114/2012 Melbourne City Link Act 1995 Melbourne City Link Amendment Regulations 2012 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 October 2012 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Roads MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Melbourne City Link Regulations 2009 to update the definition of digital toll camera unit. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 118 of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2012. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 114/2012 Melbourne City Link Amendment Regulations 2012 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 4 Definitions In regulation 5 of the Melbourne City Link Regulations 2009 1 , for the definition of digital toll camera unit substitute— "digital toll camera unit means any of the following devices— (a) Vehicle Registration Sensor Unit Part Number 8633 001-415; (b) Kapsch Vehicle Registration Sensor Unit Colour FX-970; (c) Kapsch Vehicle Registration Sensor Unit LPN FX-967;". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
