No. 124/2012 Port Management Act 1995 Port Management (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2012 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 7 November 2012 Responsible Minister: DENIS NAPTHINE Minister for Ports MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these regulations is to prescribe bodies that will receive copies of safety and environment management plan audit reports and annual reports on performance outcomes. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 98 of the Port Management Act 1995. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 15 November 2012. -- 2 of 3 -- S.R. No. 124/2012 Port Management (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2012 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 4 Prescribed bodies—reports on audits The following bodies are prescribed for the purposes of section 91FA of the Port Management Act 1995— (a) Transport Safety Victoria; and (b) Environment Protection Authority Victoria; and (c) WorkSafe Victoria. 5 Prescribed bodies—reporting The following bodies are prescribed for the purposes of section 91HB of the Port Management Act 1995— (a) Transport Safety Victoria; and (b) Environment Protection Authority Victoria; and (c) WorkSafe Victoria. ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 3 --
