No. 102/2012 Racing Act 1958 Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2012 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 September 2012 Responsible Minister: DENIS NAPTHINE Minister for Racing MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2006 to prescribe additional areas of land to be a specified race-course for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 36 of the Racing Act 1958. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 102/2012 Racing (Specified Race-course) Amendment Regulations 2012 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 3 Schedule amended In the Schedule to the Racing (Specified Race- course) Regulations 20061 , after item 42 insert— "Item 42A—Melton Harness Racing and Entertainment Complex The areas of land described in— (a) Volume 10995 Folio 202; (b) Volume 09428 Folio 493.". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
