Road Safety (Traffic Management) Amendment
(Peninsula Link) Regulations 2012
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to provide
that the Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation is a
responsible road authority for the purposes of the
Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations
2009.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 95 of
the Road Safety Act 1986.
3 Definitions
(1) In regulation 4 of the Road Safety (Traffic
Management) Regulations 20091 insert the
following definition—
"Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation has the
same meaning as in the Road Management
Act 2004;".

(2) In regulation 4 of the Road Safety (Traffic
Management) Regulations 2009, in the definition
of responsible road authority—
(a) in paragraph (c) after "the Freeway
Corporation;" insert "and"; and
(b) after paragraph (c) insert—
"(d) the Peninsula Link Freeway
Corporation;".
