No. 108/2012 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation Amendment Regulations 2012 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 26 September 2012 Responsible Minister: TED BAILLIEU Premier MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the name and address of the prescribed bookshop in the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Prescribed bookshop In regulation 6 of the Subordinate Legislation Regulations 2004 1 , for "Information Victoria, 505 Little Collins Street, Melbourne" substitute "Victorian Government Bookshop, Level 20, 80 Collins Street, Melbourne". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
