Regulations 2012
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend
the operation of the Environment Protection
(Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 2003, which
would otherwise be revoked by virtue of
section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act
1994, for the period specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Environment Protection
(Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 20031 is
extended for the period beginning on 29 January
2013 and ending on 28 January 2014.

4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 29 January 2014.
