No. 13/2012 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Health Services (Residential Services) Visitors Board Elections Regulations 2002) Extension Regulations 2012 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Community Services, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 28 February 2012 Responsible Minister: MARY WOOLDRIDGE Minister for Community Services MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Health Services (Residential Services) Visitors Board Elections Regulations 2002, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
