STATUTORY RULES. 1929. No. 68. TREASURY REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUDIT ACT, 1901-1926. I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901-1926, to come into operation forthwith. Dated this seventeenth day of June, 1929. STONEHAVEN Governor-General. By His Excellency’s Command, J. E. OGDEN for Treasurer. Treasury Regulations under the Audit Act , 1901-1926. (Statutory Rules 1927, No. 158, as amended to this date.) Regulations 37 of the Treasury Regulations is amended by adding; at the end thereof the following words:— “Provided that licences may be issued in such other manner as the Treasurer may approve.” By Authority: H.
