No. 17/2011 Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997 Alpine Resorts (Management) Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 April 2011 Responsible Minister: RYAN SMITH Minister for Environment and Climate Change MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009 to increase the maximum fee payable for a cross country ski trail authority for a child. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 57 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 15 April 2011. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
