Building Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2011
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Building Regulations 2006 to increase certain fees
payable under the Building Act 1993.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261
and 262 of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2011.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Building Regulations
2006 1 are called the Principal Regulations.
5 Application fee for certificate of consent
In regulation 202 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$83.30" substitute "$85.15".

6 Maximum fees for report and consent
In regulation 312 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in subregulation (1), for "$55.55" substitute
"$56.75";
(b) in subregulation (2), for "$222.30"
substitute "$227.25";
(c) in subregulation (3), for "$55.55" substitute
"$56.75".
7 Lodgement fees
In regulation 320 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$33.30" substitute "$34.00".
8 Fees for requests for information
In regulation 327 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$44.40" substitute "$45.35".
9 Accreditation fees
In regulation 1405(1) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$1667.20" substitute "$1704.70".
10 Duplicate certificate fee
In regulation 1508 of the Principal Regulations,
for "$33.30" substitute "$34.00".
11 Building Appeals Board fees
In regulation 1602 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in paragraph (a)(i), for "$277.80" substitute
"$284.00";
(b) in paragraph (a)(ii), for "$555.75" substitute
"$568.20";
(c) in paragraph (b)(i), for "$166.70" substitute
"$170.45";
