No. 107/2011 County Court Act 1958 County Court (Chapter I Amendment No. 4) Rules 2011 A majority of the Judges of the County Court makes the following Rules: 1 Object The object of these Rules is to substitute Schedule 1 to the County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2008 to restore the circuit fees set out in that Schedule to 2011 levels. 2 Authorising provisions These Rules are made under section 78 of the County Court Act 1958 and all other enabling powers. 3 Commencement These Rules come into operation on 1 October 2011. 4 Circuit fees For Schedule 1 to the County Court Civil Procedure Rules 20081 substitute— "SCHEDULE 1 CIRCUIT FEES Circuit Town Fee for first day Further fee for each day thereafter Bairnsdale $489.00 $326.00 Ballarat $311.00 $211.00 -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
