STATUTORY RULES. 1931. No. 128. REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923. I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith. (Statutory Rules 1927, No. 144, as amended to this date.) Sub-regulation (5) of Regulation 74 is amended— (i) by inserting in paragraph ( b ) the word “or” after the words “tampered with”, and (ii) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph ( b ):— ( c ) the article is redirected to a person other than the original addressee. op By Authority: H.
