No. 85/2011 Electricity Safety Act 1998 Electricity Safety (Installations) Amendment (Fee) Regulations 2011 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 August 2011 Responsible Minister: MICHAEL O'BRIEN Minister for Energy and Resources YVETTE VAN DONKELAAR Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 2009 to increase the authorised amount for certain certificates of electrical safety. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 152 and 157 of the Electricity Safety Act 1998. 3 Authorised amount—certificates of electrical safety In regulation 255 of the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations 20091 — -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 85/2011 Electricity Safety (Installations) Amendment (Fee) Regulations 2011 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel (a) in paragraph (d), for "$6.50" substitute "$6.60"; and (b) in paragraph (e), for "$7.10" substitute "$7.25". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
