No. 32/2011 Estate Agents Act 1980 Estate Agents (General, Accounts and Audit) Amendment (Infringements) Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 7 June 2011 Responsible Minister: MICHAEL O'BRIEN Minister for Consumer Affairs MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Estate Agents (General, Accounts and Audit) Regulations 2008 to prescribe infringement offences and penalties for the purposes of the Estate Agents Act 1980. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Estate Agents Act 1980. 3 New Part inserted After Part 4 of the Estate Agents (General, Accounts and Audit) Regulations 20081 insert— -- 2 of 6 -- S.R.
