No. 121/2011 Gambling Regulation Act 2003 Gambling Regulation Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 November 2011 Responsible Minister: MICHAEL O'BRIEN Minister for Gaming MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005 and the Gambling Regulation (Commercial Raffle Organisers) Regulations 2006 to reflect the change of name of the National Institute of Accountants to the Institute of Public Accountants. 2 Authorising provision These regulations are made under section 11.2.1 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003. 3 Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005—Return in respect of bingo In regulation 66(3)(b)(ii) of the Gambling Regulation Regulations 2005 1 , for "National Institute of Accountants" substitute "Institute of Public Accountants". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
