STATUTORY RULES. 1932. No. 121. REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923. I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the under mentioned Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923 to come into operation forthwith. (Statutory Rules 1927, No. 144, as amended to this date.) Regulation 116 is amended— ( a ) by deleting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting the following sub-regulation in its stead :— (1.) The Postmaster-General shall make available to each person who rents a private box one key of such box, for which key the sum of Five shillings shall be payable: Provided that where a second key is required such second key shall be supplied without further charge. ( b ) by deleting the words “two keys” appearing in sub regulation (4.) and inserting the words “one key” in their stead; ( c ) by inserting at the end of sub-regulation (4.) the following proviso:— Provided that where a second key is required such second key shall be supplied without further charge.
