No. 135/2011 Infringements Act 2006 Infringements (General) Further Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 29 November 2011 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006— (a) to prescribe certain infringement offences under the Funerals Act 2006, Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 and the Sex Work Act 1994 as lodgeable infringement offences for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006; and (b) to make other amendments of a minor or consequential nature to the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006. 2 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 29 November 2011. -- 2 of 12 -- S.R. No. 135/2011 Infringements (General) Further Amendment Regulations 2011 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 3 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 168 of the Infringements Act 2006. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 1 are called the Principal Regulations. 5 Information to be lodged with the Court For regulation 13(c) of the Principal Regulations substitute— "(c) in respect of the enforcement agency, the name of the enforcement agency.". 6 Prescribed information when matter referred to Court For regulation 16(c) of the Principal Regulations substitute— "(c) in respect of the enforcement agency, the name of the enforcement agency.". 7 Schedule 3 amended (1) In item 1AA of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations— (a) items 1AA.1 to 1AA.8 are revoked; (b) after item 1AA.10 insert— "1AA.11 Regulations 7(2), 8(1), 8(2), 8(3), 8(4), 8(7), 9(1), 14(3), 15(2), 16, 17(2), 19(2), 20(3), 21(1), 21(3), 23(1), 23(3), 23(4), 24(1), 24(2), 25(2), 32(1), 32(3), 32(4), 33(3), 33(4), 34(3), 34(4), 35(1), 35(2), 35(3), 35(5), 36(3), 36(5), 36(7), 37(3)(a), 37(6), 38(1), 39(1)(a), 39(1)(b), 39(1)(c), 45(1), 45(2), 46(2), 47(2), 48(2), 48(3), 49(3), 49(6), 50(2), 51(3)(a), 51(6), 53(1), 56(1), 56(2), r. 3 -- 3 of 12 -- S.R. (2) After item 4 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations insert— "4A Funerals Act 2006 4A.1 Sections 10(1), 10(2), 11(2), 18(2), 21(1), 22, 23, 24(1), 24(2), 24(3), 24(4), 24(5), 28(5), 33(1), 42, 43, 49(1), 50(1) and 51.". (3) In item 11.6 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations— (a) omit "19(1), 19(2), 19(3), 19(4),"; (b) omit "23(2), 23(5), 23(7),"; (c) for "30(1)(c)," substitute "30(1)(c)"; (d) omit "30(2)(a), 30(2)(b), 30(2)(c), 31(3), 31(4), 31(5)".
