No. 61/2011 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958 Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 12 July 2011 Responsible Minister: PETER RYAN Minister for Police and Emergency Services MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005 to increase the charges for emergency attendances by units. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2011. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
