STATUTORY RULES. 1934. No. 38. __________ REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901 ‑ 1923. I, THE GOVERNOR ‑ GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901 ‑ 1923, to come into operation on and from the 1st March, 1934. (Statutory Rules 1927 No. 144, as amended to this date.) 1. Regulation 210 is amended by omitting the word “Fiji” from sub ‑ paragraph ( a ) and inserting in its stead the words “New Zealand”. 2. Regulation 210 is amended by omitting the words “New Zealand” from sub ‑ paragraph ( b ) and inserting in their stead the word “Fiji”. ______________________ By Authority: L. F.
