Building Act 1993
Plumbing Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2011
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Plumbing Regulations 2008 to increase certain
fees payable under Part 12A of the Building Act
1993.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section
221ZZZV of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2011.
4 Price of compliance certificate
In regulation 45 of the Plumbing Regulations
2008 1 for "$29.10" substitute "$29.75".
